Chubgung Noodles

Chubgung Noodles

The bami or egg noodle stall inherited from their father was popular in the past among hard-working labors, or chap kang, in Chinatown thanks to its big portion and low price. Nowadays this shop has become a favorite of general customers. A large serving of egg noodles is blanched in a boiling water, then mixed with garlic oil, seasoned with soy sauce, and finally topped with flavorful red roasted pork. Each bowl costs only 40 baht—a perfect ten for value of money.
