The cafe is a place of traditional dessert making conservation, allowing the younger generations to have a taste of real traditional Thai desserts.
The most popular item on the menu is Nimman Naruedee which literally means 5th level paradise. The set is composed of Kanom Ruam (Mixed Desserts), Kao Niew Ma Muang (Mango Sticky Rice), Kanom Kati (Coconut Milk Dessert), one pot of hot tea or two cups of herbal infusion. The desserts and drinks are masterfully arranged on a tray in western style. The desserts are not overly sweet but are aromatic from the coconut milk and candle smoke, which are typical ingredients of Thai desserts.
